About Us

At Black Employee Experience, we are dedicated to understanding, highlighting, and addressing the unique challenges and opportunities faced by Black professionals in corporate America. Our mission is to foster inclusivity, equity, and positive change by amplifying the voices and experiences of Black employees.

Black Employee Experience was born out of a shared passion for creating change and giving voice to the often-unheard narratives within corporate spaces. Kimberly and Born Logic Allah recognized the need for a platform that would allow Black employees to share their experiences, foster understanding, and drive meaningful change. Together, they founded Black Employee Experience to create a space where Black voices matter, stories are celebrated, and workplaces become more inclusive.

Our Vision:

We envision a future where workplaces not only recognize the value of diversity but actively celebrate it. We believe in a world where equity is not just an aspiration but a reality. Through research, storytelling, and advocacy, we are working towards a more inclusive corporate landscape where every employee can thrive, irrespective of their background.

Join us in our journey to create a more inclusive and equitable future for all. Whether you choose to take our survey, share your story, or simply engage with our content, your support is instrumental in driving change. Together, we can transform workplaces, one story at a time.
